We respect your privacy.  We will not sell or rent out your information.  We may occasionally send out an email regarding our products, promotions, news etc...  We may send you information at least once or twice a month. Your information will be held in strict confidence.  If you want to be opt-out from our mailing list, send us an email with the words "remove" at newsletter@surprisingkids.com and we will remove your name within 48 hrs.  We never send out spasm.  We may use your IP address to help us diagnose any problems with our server.  Your IP address will only be used to identify you.  Our site may use cookies.
 
Products: 
By using any of our products, Surprising Kids will not be held responsible for any mishaps, consequences, damage, injury or loss.  Please supervise your children especially if they are young using our products.  Some of our products have small parts and can be a choking hazard so it is your responsibility to watch your child.
 
Cancellation:
If you have ordered any of our products and then decide that same day or the next day that you want the order cancelled, we will charge you a cancellation fee.  For all credit cards, debit cards, visa's, amex, a $10 cancellation fee will be taken off the total amount.  This is done because the processing card company charges us for cancellations. Paypal cancellation orders will not be charged a fee.

Return and exchanges:
If you find any items to be damaged, please let us know within 5 business days of receipt.  All damaged items to be returned in original package for exchange or credit.  The customer is responsible for shipping and handling charges.
 
Payment:
We offer secure online ordering.  If paying  by check or money order, make checks out to the order of Inel Woo.  We charge a fee of $30 for rejected checks.  We will only ship goods once checks are cleared.  This normally takes between 7-10 business days.  When purchasing by credit card, our email address or the card company processing the card will appear on your bank statement.   Please remember this because if queried their will be a $20 charge to you.
 
Shipping:
We will try our best to process your orders promptly but cannot guarantee this.  It could take a two to three business days before orders are shipped.  Handcrafted orders can take 2-3 weeks. 

Mailing Club Subscriptions are shipped via USPS Ground (United Postal Service), First Class Mail.  If you would like to have a confirmation number or insurance, their will be an extra charge which is not included in the shipping cost.  Once you placed your order, send us an email to let us know that you would like a confirmation number or insurance so that we can deduct the extra charges.  We are not responsible with what happens after the package is shipped.  We do not guarantee days of delivery but it normally takes 2-3 working days via priority mail.  The United Postal Service can take up to 7-10 working days depending which state you reside in. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses so please check your address.  There are additional shipping charges for incorrect addresses and you will receive an invoice from us if package is resend.  If you would like your order shipped via another method, email us with your address and the order that you would like.  We will get back to your within 24 to 48 hours with a shipping price.
 
Orders to Canada could take up to 10 days to be delivered via USPS Ground.  If you prefer another method of shipping, please let us know and give us 24-48 hours to get back to you with a shipping price.
  
Let us know whether you would like your goods delivered Priority, United Postal Service, UPS or FedEx.

We will replace any defected goods or credit you the purchase price excluding shipping and handling charges which is the customers responsibility.  We will only replace or credit once we have received the goods.  You acknowledge and agree to the limitations as set forth.
